Shipping and Handling


We ship our orders using FEDEX,UPS, USPS

You should receive your order within 3 to 9 business days of your purchase depending on where you are geographically located.

Kindly Note: Orders Shipped to HI, AK, PR, GU, VI, military addresses and PO Boxes may take longer than our Usual Estimated Delivery Times. 

Your products come to you in packaging that is done very carefully and which we are proud of to minimize any damage and disappointment for our clients.

• $5.99 per order (For orders less than $99) ie. If you order 1 item or multiple items you will be charged only $5.99 for the whole order.

• Free (For all orders $99 and above)

Sales Tax:
State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of New York only. All orders outside of New York will not be charged.

We have most of the items in stock, sometimes the items are out of stock
and cannot be procured at the right prices. In this case your money will be refunded.

Gift Sets and Specially Discounted Fragrances, do not last long.

We have very carefully checked the price list to bring to you the savings,
but there can be errors and omissions as this list is very long.

Returns & Cancellations

Cancellations

Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted

Sometimes orders or parts of an order are cancelled by Us for various reasons.

* Product(s) not available or out of stock
* Difficulty in processing your payment information.
* Duplicate order was placed.


If your order is cancelled, you will receive a notice regarding your order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will be credited for any cancelled items.

Returning Merchandise

In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department. E-mail address for Customer Service is support@iperfumemall.com

We Only Accept returns of unopened merchandise in it's original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges. Please make your selections carefully.

In order to return merchandise, you must obtain a RMA number from our customer service department. E-mail address for returns is support@iperfumemall.com

Please Note: Standard Shipping Charge of $5.95 will be charged for orders that were shipped with free ship option.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

Claims on orders not received
You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you did not receive it.
